Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in property management
• ARLA qualification would be a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communications with landlords and tenants
• Ensure portfolio properties comply with regulations and safety certificates
• Arrange repairs and maintenance to high standards
• Conduct property inspections
• Guide both landlords and tenants through end-of-tenancy process
• Liaise with contractors and manage external vendors
