Hyperion Partners Limited in Borehamwood is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on leasehold and block management, serving as the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders and residents.

You will manage service charge budgets, maintenance, and contractor activity while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements to enhance service levels.

Formación

• Significant experience in residential block/leasehold property management.
• Experience managing a large and complex property portfolio.
• Exposure to both residential and commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of service charges, leasehold legislation and Section 20.
• Experience dealing with RMCs, RTM companies, freeholders and leaseholders.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Taking full responsibility for day-to-day management of a varied block portfolio.
• Managing client relationships and attending client and resident meetings.
• Overseeing service charge budgets, expenditure and accounts.
• Managing contractors, suppliers and on-site teams.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring properties comply with relevant legislation, health & safety and building regulations.
• Managing escalated issues and providing a high level of customer service.
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the property management team.
