Job summary

North Property Group in Warrington seeks a Senior Property Manager to deliver a landlord-focused service from tenancy start to finish, handling mid-tenancy issues and onboarding of new-build properties.

You will be the primary contact for landlords, building trusted relationships and coordinating with contractors to ensure invoices, renewal decisions, and handovers are executed smoothly within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mid-tenancy property management and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage landlord expectations professionally.
• Confident decision-maker with good judgement around maintenance and expenditure.
• Experience liaising with contractors and managing works.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Mid‑tenancy management including maintenance, repairs, and rent reviews.
• Landlord relationship management as the main point of contact for landlords within your portfolio.
• Lead onboarding of new-build completions, including snagging, furniture pack installations, blinds, key release, warranties, and communication to lettings.
