Job summary

Langtree Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Property Manager for a permanent, full-time role based in Warrington. The position includes a car allowance and travel across the UK.

You will lead property management initiatives and manage multi-let offices with a focus on growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong asset and property management experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and expertise in budgeting, letting processes, and H&S governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset and property management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience managing multi-let office buildings.
• Ability to drive new business development.
• Knowledge of budgeting and service charge accounting.
• Understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the main tenant contact and represent the company professionally.
• Manage site activities to maximise occupancy and efficiency.
• Ensure budget adherence and financial controls.
• Support in new business development.
• Supervise management team and contractors.
• Oversee tendering contracts and value for money.
• Handle lease negotiations and paperwork.
• Manage viewings and lettings end-to-end.
• H&S governance across sites.
• Travel across the UK.
