Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, office-basedSenior Property Managerto join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, including client facing meetings and AGMs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors as needed.
• Plan and manage major works on client sites with surveyor support as required.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant housing legislation.
• Issue service charge invoices and collect funds.
• Preparation and oversight of customer annual budgets.
• Financial reporting to clients as per individual requirements.
• Process solicitors enquiries related to the sale of properties in a timely manner.
• Reporting and processing of insurance claims related to client sites and works.
• Handle disputes or tenancy issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support property management team and admin staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasehold property management.
• TPI Associate Qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of UK property legislation and best practice.
• Firm grasp of financial management principles related to leasehold properties.
• Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
