An experienced Block Property Manager is required to manage a residential block portfolio in Hendon. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and a proven track record in residential block management.
With a minimum of five years' block management experience, you'll oversee day-to-day property management, service charge budgeting, Section 20 procedures and AGMs, while maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, clients, contractors and management committees. ATPI qualification is essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and overseeing day-to-day property matters
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets and expenditure
- Handling Section 20 consultations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Organising and attending AGMs while liaising with leaseholders and management committees
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, contractors and insurance matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring clear, professional communication
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential block management
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Section 20 procedures
- Proven experience organising and attending AGMs
- Good understanding of service charge budgeting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of residential property legislation and leasehold matters
- Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills
- Professional, proactive and confident approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
