Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Ltd in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy property team. You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants, and coordinating maintenance with contractors.

The role requires at least 3 years in property management, experience with AGMs and Section 20 processes, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Sammons Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established property business for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join a busy property team in Eastbourne.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, working alongside another Property Manager to provide a professional and responsive service to landlords, leaseholders and tenants.

This role would suit someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing AGMs and Section 20 consultation processes and is comfortable taking ownership of their portfolio.

• Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Location: Eastbourne
• Salary: up to £38,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
