Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in Downend, Bristol. This full-time, permanent role offers a £31,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £34,000+ and a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:45am to 5:30pm.

You will manage repairs, safety checks, inspections, deposits, and disputes, ensuring legal property requirements are met.

This full-time, permanent role offers a basic salary of £31,000, with on-target earnings reaching £34,000 or more. Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with no weekend commitments, you will oversee a substantial portfolio of rental properties.
