Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join our Saint Leonards team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with hybrid working, handling around 50 files and coordinating with clients, agents and lenders.

You’ll draft and review contracts, conduct searches, and ensure compliance across all files, benefiting from training and uncapped bonus opportunities within a supportive property services business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law, conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Act as primary contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and other documents.
• Conduct searches and due diligence, exchanges and completions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high-quality records and client communications.
