Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Manchester is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, guiding clients through home moves with autonomy and support from a leading UK property services business.

The role offers hybrid working, uncapped bonus potential, ongoing training and a collaborative culture that values honesty, ownership, understanding, service and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law, conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and client management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or FCILEX qualifications are advantageous, alongside experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, Land Registry applications and other legal documents.
• Conduct searches, due diligence, exchanges, completions and post-completion activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Maintain high-quality records and communications in line with compliance standards.
