Leaders, part of the LRG group, is seeking a Senior Property Inventory Clerk to lead a regional team based in Worthing. The role requires experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a lettings environment and involves training staff and supporting the Head of Centre to drive service excellence.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and training, develop processes, and ensure KPI delivery while maintaining diary schedules and cross-department communication. A Full UK driving license is required.

• Experience in an Inventory Clerk or lettings role.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Mansioni

• Recruit, onboard and train new staff.
• Develop and implement new processes and incentives.
• Manage regional team of Property Inspectors to meet KPIs.
• Maintain diary management and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Ensure quality reporting and codes of practice are upheld.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication.
• Hold daily team meetings and monthly 1-2-1s.
• Provide training, mentorship and support to staff.
• Pursue relevant industry qualifications.
