Job summary

Lansdown Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Senior Development Executive for the Cheltenham office. You will drive new business in property insurance, manage key agent accounts, and strengthen client relationships within a fast-paced partnership team.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial insurance, especially property portfolios.
Proven ability to generate new business and hit sales targets.
Strong relationship-building with clients, agents, and insurers.

Responsibilities

Lead development, negotiation, and conversion of property insurance opportunities, delivering profitable business.
Strengthen partnership accounts through regular face-to-face engagement and proactive communication.
Manage commercial and residential property agent accounts to support retention and new business targets.
Represent Lansdown at exhibitions and networking events to uncover opportunities.
Operate within regulatory FCA frameworks and escalate risks when needed.
Future potential for direct reports within the team.
