Lansdown Insurance Brokers in Cheltenham is seeking a Senior Development Executive to lead new business development within the Property Manager Agent accounts. You’ll own client relationships, deliver right-first-time service and drive profitable growth in the commercial property portfolio.

You’ll join a collaborative Partnership Team, represent the business at exhibitions, and navigate regulatory frameworks while exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial insurance with property portfolios.
• Proven ability to generate new business and expand existing books.
• Excellent client, agent, and insurer relationship skills.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, negotiation, and conversion of property insurance opportunities.
• Strengthen partner accounts through regular engagement and proactive communication.
• Manage commercial and residential property portfolios for clients.
• Represent the business at exhibitions and events to uncover opportunities.
• Operate within regulatory frameworks and escalate risks per FCA procedures.
• Future potential to have direct reports.
