Job summary

Field Seymour Parkes LLP in Reading is a top-tier firm with a growing Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team. You will run your own cases, supported by the Head of Will Disputes & Contentious Probate, and collaborate with colleagues across contentious and non-contentious teams.

We seek 3–5 years of civil litigation experience including contentious probate; training contracts or early careers with private client exposure are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience including contentious probate work.
• Experience with Inheritance Act claims, executor/administrator disputes, and related private client matters is desirable.
• Willingness to run own cases with supervision from a senior lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Run own contentious probate cases and contribute to larger matters with the team.
• Collaborate with Will Disputes & Contentious Probate and other teams across the firm.
• Benefit from supervision and support from the Head of Will Disputes & Contentious Probate.
