An established industry player is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster to manage International Property claims, particularly focusing on North U.S. claims. A leading Lloyd's Syndicate is looking for a Senior Property Claims Adjuster. Responsibilities will include handling International (with an emphasis on North U.S.) Property claims, from first notification through to settlement. You’ll provide the effective adjustment of a range of both standard and complex claims within the Property division.
Other duties will include assisting the Claims Manager to report on loss ratios to the claims management team and underwriters. You’ll work with various stakeholders on claims issues when appropriate, whilst effectively liaising with brokers and third parties in the adjustment of claims in line with company strategy and regulatory and legal compliance.
You’ll use your experience and knowledge handling North American claims to guide and advise Claims Adjusters and make judgments, tailoring existing practices to new and emerging situations, making effective decisions when dealing with complex technical claims scenarios and providing recommendations for claims decisions to team members.
Applicants should have prior International Property claims handling experience. A good knowledge of ECF would be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role.
