Job summary

Aldem Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Projects Manager for a specialist in bespoke joinery and cabinetry for the luxury residential market in Thame. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee multiple live projects from order through design, manufacture, finishing to installation and handover, while monitoring costs and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple high-value projects within bespoke joinery, cabinetry, fit-out or related sector.
• Strong understanding of design, manufacture and installation processes.
• Experience with JCT contracts, valuations, payments and variations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate design approvals, procurement, manufacture, finishing and installation.
• Act as main contact for clients, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Collaborate with design, production, finishing and finance teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Plan site installations, including surveys, access, logistics and health & safety documentation.
• Manage JCT contract obligations, payment applications, valuations and variations.
• Monitor project costs, margins and final accounts, identifying commercial risks early.
• Oversee quality, snagging, handover and aftercare.
