Job summary

DOIG, a bespoke cabinetry specialist in Thame, seeks an experienced Projects Manager to own live projects from quotation acceptance to installation and handover. The role carries commercial responsibility, with a focus on budgets and JCT contracts.

You'll schedule across design, production and finishing, manage client and contractor relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with clear communication and strong leadership.

• Commercial awareness with practical JCT contract experience.

We're looking for an experienced Projects Manager to take ownership of every live project - from acceptance of quotation to installation and handover. The role carries commercial responsibility, so strong commercial awareness and practical experience of JCT contracts are essential.

The Role

• Schedule and lead all live projects with our Design, Production, Finishing and Financial Managers.
• Maintain the master programme and keep every project on time and on budget.
• Be the main contact for clients, contractors and designers.
• Coordinate design, manufacture, finishing and installation.
• Manage JCT obligations, payment applications, valuations and variations.

You’ll Bring
