Job summary

Upfront Recruitment seeks a Project Manager - Bespoke Joinery to join our Mansfield-based operation. You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, the manufacturing facility and site teams.

The role covers varied projects across retail, hospitality and commercial interiors, requiring strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, shopfitting and interior fit-out, with responsibility for in-house manufacturing and on-site installation

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in bespoke joinery, interior fit-out or related environments.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacture, design, logistics and site installation.

Responsibilities

• Managing bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects from award through to completion.
• Coordinating projects involving in-house joinery manufacturing and site installation.
• Working closely with clients, architects, designers, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information.
• Liaising with the manufacturing team to ensure joinery is produced to spec and programme.
• Coordinating production, delivery and installation schedules.
• Monitoring project programmes, costs and progress.
• Identifying delays, design issues and project risks and taking appropriate action.
• Attending site and progress meetings.
• Coordinating site installation teams and other trades.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to quality, programme and commercial expectations.
