Job summary

DOIG in Thame, Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to own live joinery and cabinetry projects from quotation acceptance to installation and handover. The role carries commercial responsibility, with emphasis on plan, schedule, cost control and client liaison.

You will coordinate design, production, finishing and installation, manage JCT contracts, valuations and variations, and act as the main contact for clients and contractors. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience running multiple high-value joinery, cabinetry or fit-out projects.
• Strong scheduling and programming skills.
• Commercial awareness and practical JCT experience, including valuations and variations.
• Excellent organisation, communication and leadership.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Maintain the master programme and keep every project on time and on budget.

Were looking for an experienced Projects Manager to take ownership of every live project : from acceptance of quotation to installation and handover. The role carries commercial responsibility, so strong commercial awareness and practical experience of JCT contracts are essential.
