Job summary

Aldem Talent seeks an experienced Bench Joiner to join a leading specialist joinery contractor delivering high-end bespoke joinery for luxury residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on precise manufacture from technical drawings and exacting finishes.

You will work with hardwoods, veneers and specialist materials, using machinery, hand and power tools to assemble and finish components to a superior standard, ensuring meticulous attention to detail across prestigious productions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bench joiner or cabinet maker
• Strong bespoke/high-end joinery experience
• Confident working from technical drawings
• Experience with luxury residential or high-end commercial joinery advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings
• Produce items including doors, cabinetry, panelling, fitted furniture and architectural joinery
• Work with hardwoods, veneers and a range of specialist materials and finishes
• Use woodworking machinery, hand and power tools
• Assemble and finish components to a high standard
• Maintain excellent attention to detail throughout production
