Job summary

D W Windsor Ltd is seeking an experienced Project and Contracts Manager to oversee sports lighting, high mast lighting and external lighting projects across the UK. You will manage projects from contract award through final account, ensuring safety, on programme delivery, and adherence to contractual requirements.

This hands-on, commercially focused role requires coordinating multiple live projects, subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding quality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar in construction, infrastructure or electrical contracting.
• Strong commercial and cost-management capability.
• Familiarity with NEC, JCT or bespoke client contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through to final account.
• Review contract docs and identify commercial, contract and delivery risks.
• Administer contracts in line with terms and conditions.
• Manage variations, change orders and extensions of time.
• Maintain contractual notices, correspondence and project records.
• Monitor costs, budgets, valuations and cash flow.
• Protect the company’s commercial position throughout delivery.
• Attend site and client meetings; coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
