Involved Solutions LTD. is seeking a senior Project Transformation Manager to lead large-scale programmes within a secure Government environment. The role is hybrid, based in Milton Keynes, with DV clearance and inside IR35.

You will provide strategic leadership to a PMO-aligned team and shape delivery across multiple functions. You’ll drive change, governance and assurance, ensure alignment to strategic objectives, and manage senior stakeholders at executive level.

Qualifikationen

• Senior project/programme management experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience delivering change and continuous improvement in complex delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large programmes in UK and overseas.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management.
• Deep knowledge of governance, assurance, risk, and compliance.
• Expertise in PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile methodologies.
• Professional accreditation such as PMP, APM Chartered Project Professional or MSP Practitioner.
• Desirable: exposure to Strategic PMO and transformation leadership.

• Promote best-practice methodologies and standardized tools, templates and processes.
• Manage senior stakeholders and influence at executive level.
• Assess skills gaps and shape training, recruitment and talent development plans.
