At Pimlico Plumbers, we're looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Project Sales & Delivery Manager to join our growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales and project professional who thrives on building customer relationships, leading teams, and delivering complex projects from concept through to completion.

As the link between customers, franchisees, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to exceptional standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Sales Managers.
• Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Manage and convert project sales opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and conversion rates.
• Support the development and execution of growth strategies.

Project Delivery

• Manage complex customer projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee planning, milestones, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects remain commercially viable and are delivered against agreed objectives.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build trusted, long‑term customer relationships.
• Act as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve issues effectively and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and additional revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience using project management methodologies and CRM systems
• Construction, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
• A project management qualification such as PRINCE2
