Job summary

Assystem is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join the project controls team and support the delivery of complex programmes. The role focuses on identifying, assessing and managing risks across the project lifecycle, translating risk information into practical actions for project delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Planning, Cost, Commercial and Engineering teams to ensure risks, opportunities and mitigation actions are clearly understood and actively managed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or programme risk management.
• Experience with multiple disciplines (planning, cost, engineering) to integrate risk insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the project risk management process from identification to mitigation and close-out.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project and programme risk registers.
• Ensure risks are defined, categorized and assigned to owners.
• Provide risk reporting and dashboarding to senior stakeholders.
