Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Risk Analyst to support risk management across multiple projects and portfolios. You will develop risk plans, identify threats and opportunities, and mentor junior risk professionals while engaging closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The role requires experience across major projects, strong workshop facilitation skills, and proficiency in risk software, to deliver robust risk reporting and insights throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project risk management across major projects
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and risk identification exercises
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies
• Proficiency in risk management software and quantitative risk analyses
• Engineering, infrastructure or energy/project-based industries experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver project risk management services across multiple concurrent projects
• Develop and maintain Risk Management Plans, Risk Registers and related docs
• Facilitate risk identification sessions using various assessment techniques
• Support risk objectives aligned with project goals
• Develop risk criteria and maintain registers
• Assist in risk response strategies and mitigation plans
• Facilitate risk workshops and ensure accurate risk information
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses
• Build and interpret risk models for stakeholders
• Support use of risk management software and processes
• Prepare timely risk reports and dashboards
• Participate in project meetings and provide risk guidance
• Support decision analysis to improve outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk tools and procedures
• Support regional/global risk management initiatives
• Mentor junior risk personnel and build client relationships
