Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal Risk Consultant / Manager to lead risk management workstreams on major projects and to deliver robust risk deliverables for clients. You will coach junior staff, contribute to the growth of WSP Risk Management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors.

You will engage with stakeholders to translate risk insights into actionable actions, drive continuous improvement, and help expand the firm’s risk management services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project, programme and business risk management facilitation.
• Experience building risk models and presenting results to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk services on projects or workstreams within larger projects.
• Lead development and presentation of client risk deliverables for stakeholders.
• Support project leaders in successful delivery.
• Coach junior team members.
• Help expand WSP Risk Management offerings.
• Embed knowledge and best practices; build networks for business development.
