Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a Havant-based rail infrastructure project. The role blends site-based accountability with hybrid working flexibility as you manage commercial health across a £15m scheme.

You will lead cost control, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration (NEC/JCT), ensuring timely interim payments and accurate final accounts. Strong collaboration with operations and stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Post-graduate experience in commercial roles on civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project budgets, cost codes, CVRs, and final forecasts.
• Prepare interim payments, certifications, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages and payments.
• Administer NEC/JCT contracts, handle compensation events and variations.
• Represent the commercial team in progress reviews and reporting.
