Job summary

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-year rail renewals programme across the South of England, based in Hampshire. You will lead commercial management across rail civils and station schemes, handling valuations, cost forecasting, variations and final accounts.

Ideal candidates have proven senior QS experience on rail civils or similar projects, familiarity with NEC/Network Rail contracts, strong subcontractor management, and a valid PTS with UK work rights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior QS on rail civils or comparable infrastructure projects.
• Experience on Network Rail or alliance-style contracts (NEC).
• Strong subcontractor and supply chain management.
• Valid PTS and the right to work in the UK.

About you

• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar; MRICS or working towards it desirable
