Our Culture and Events Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Officer (Culture and Events) to join our team and help deliver impactful cultural initiatives that align with Southwark’s Borough Plan.
As Senior Project Officer (Culture and Events), you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering key projects across arts, events, and Film/TV location services, ensuring each project meets its objectives and reflects best practice in diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. You’ll lead on project planning, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and evaluation, while helping to secure funding and manage risk. This is a two-year fixed-term role, working 21.6 hours per week (three days).
We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to the team, with a proven ability to manage cultural projects from inception to evaluation. You’ll have:

Salary Range (Full time equivalent): £48,618 - £55,710
