As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering meaningful change, helping to strengthen partnerships, improve access to support and ensure families receive the right help at the right time.,
- Support strategic projects and programmes across the directorate, delivering structured change using recognised project management methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support workstream leads and maintain robust project controls, including RAID logs, resource tracking, and cost monitoring.
- Support with project boards and team meetings, producing high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.
- Develop and oversee implementation plans, including PID reviews and performance modelling.
