Hampshire County Council is looking for a Senior Project Officer to shape and deliver change across families health and care transformation. You will support strategic projects, build partnerships and ensure families receive the right help at the right time.

Aufgaben

• Support strategic projects and programmes across the directorate, delivering structured change using recognised project management methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support workstream leads and maintain robust project controls, including RAID logs, resource tracking, and cost monitoring.
• Support with project boards and team meetings, producing high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans, including PID reviews and performance modelling.
• Collaborate with other project teams to identify dependencies, share resources, and drive efficiencies.
