Job summary
Vistry Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead a new build site in Hinckley, Leicestershire, delivering 475 mixed-tenure homes with timber-frame construction manufactured in-house.
You’ll plan, coordinate and oversee construction from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, resources and teams while liaising with partners, customers and contractors. Flexible working options may be available.
Qualifications
- Experience on new build multi-story or housing projects.
- Strong health and safety management capabilities.
- Ability to balance time, cost and quality for successful delivery.
- Proven leadership and teamwork in a construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and welfare of all individuals on site.
- Lead completion of the project with high quality, on time and within budget.
- Manage internal and external teams to meet project goals.
- Develop and coach team members with constructive feedback.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage additional work with clear cost agreements.
