Job summary

Vistry is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Lighthorne site in Gaydon, Warwickshire, ensuring planning, coordination and delivery from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and teams, liaising with partners, customers and contractors to meet quality standards.

The role requires strong HSE focus, experience on housing projects and the ability to deliver under pressure while promoting collaboration and value for stakeholders. A comprehensive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build multi-story or housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety obligations.
• Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects of developments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of all individuals on site in line with policy.
• Lead the successful completion of the project with high quality, time and client relations.
• Manage internal and external teams to meet project goals.
• Develop and coach team members; provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate and engage employees to drive project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee project communications and reporting.
• Develop resource and supply plans to meet needs.
• Lead key project meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify additional work and secure clear cost agreements.
• Integrate commercial considerations into decisions.
• Regularly review project programme to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure adherence to on-site processes and quality standards.
