Job summary

Vistry is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale site in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will plan, coordinate and oversee construction from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality.

The role involves liaising with Partners, customers, contractors and stakeholders while managing risks and compliance. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll work across a 475-home mixed-tenure scheme largely built with timber frame manufactured in-house.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, overseeing a new site for the region in Hinckley, Leicestershire and delivering 475 mixed tenure homes largely delivered with timber frame construction, which will be manufactured in house. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. They manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.
