Vistry Group is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the Hucknall site in the East Midlands. You will oversee day-to-day construction operations, manage labour and resources, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires leadership, a strong background in new build housing, and robust health and safety oversight. Collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and customers is essential, with a commitment to NHBC standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Direct labour, equipment, and resources to achieve project completion on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, address delays and risks promptly, conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with Buying and Surveying teams to procure materials and services.
