Procentia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery for large, complex pension technology projects. You’ll manage cross-functional teams of analysts, developers, testers and release managers, translating client requirements into actionable plans and ensuring on-time delivery.

You’ll work within PMO standards, ensuring governance, RAID control, and clear accountability while coordinating with offshore contributors as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive delivery experience, end-to-end management of complex projects.
• Proven leadership of software implementations from initiation to go-live and support.
• Strong planning, governance, and risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects or multiple deliveries with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, milestones, and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans and ensure delivery within PMO standards.
• Communicate progress through regular project reports and meetings.
