Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure and network projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong financial management, forecasting and budget control experience.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Familiarity with governance, risk management and reporting in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure, network and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and budget tracking.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce clear project reporting for programme and senior leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Manage project finances, including forecasting, budget control and change management.
• Facilitate project boards, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalating where required.
• Support procurement, supplier management and contract delivery activities.
