Job summary

prosource.it is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex network, infrastructure and technology transformation projects in a highly regulated environment. You will manage delivery from initiation to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and with quality.

You will collaborate with architects, suppliers and senior stakeholders, guiding governance and risk management throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex IT infrastructure and network projects.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Financial management, forecasting and budget control.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management and reporting.
• Ability to operate within complex organisational structures.
• Exposure to architecture and design discussions with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure, network and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against milestones and objectives.
• Produce clear project reporting for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and standards.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and change control.
• Facilitate project boards and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and escalate when required.
• Support procurement and supplier management activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
