Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and small programmes within a commercial environment. You will ensure delivery to time, quality, scope and cost, while applying governance to manage risks and issues.

The role requires leadership of cross‑functional teams and effective stakeholder engagement. Based in the United Kingdom, you will collaborate with Account and Sales leaders to plan implementations, monitor budgets, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 or Agile Practitioner qualifications or equivalent.
• MSP Foundation or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Billable utilisation 70% or above.
• Maintain 95% accuracy in monthly project cost and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure 100% of project budgets are reviewed monthly.
• Invoicing of effort to align with milestones or month end.
• Deliver 100% of project status reports to stakeholders.
• Achieve 95% stakeholder satisfaction on communication.
• Hold stakeholder meetings with 90%+ attendance.
• Maintain 100% completion of required project management documentation.
• Achieve 90% positive rating in internal process audits.
• Maintain an average NPS of 7 in stakeholder surveys.
• Improve response rate to NPS surveys to at least 60%.
• Plan and manage project progress, resolve issues, and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Resource team to satisfy project roles and schedules.
• Ensure delivery of new products/services on time and within budget.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and report progress.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Control project budgets and invoicing; track forecast vs actuals.
• Engage with Account/Sales Directors for planning and proposals.
• Present business/technical solutions to clients if required.
• Adhere to CDW delivery framework.
