Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and small programmes within our delivery framework. You will ensure governance, manage budgets and risks, and drive successful outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, strong communication, and a track record of delivering IT transformation initiatives in a commercial environment. This is a full‑time position based in the CDW Project Management group.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering large, complex projects or small programmes.
• Ability to mentor and lead individuals within their area of responsibility.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Billable utilisation 70% or above.
• Maintain 95% accuracy in monthly project cost and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure 100% of project budgets are reviewed and updated monthly.
• Invoicing targets aligned with milestones and month end.
• Deliver project status reports to stakeholders at the agreed frequency.
• Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction in post‑project surveys.
• Maintain project documentation (SOW, plan, RAID, closure).
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with Account/Sales Managers for implementation planning.
