Qualifications

• GCSEs (English & Maths) required.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in project/construction-related roles and delivery processes.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure, manage and deliver projects across the business.
• Liaise with architects, designers, contractors and clients as required.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in planning discussions.
• Oversee cost analysis, value engineering and budget compliance.
• Attend meetings and manage documentation, H&S RAMS and ITPs.
• Coordinate communication among clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Track progress, update project directors and manage variations.
