Job summary

Universal Business Team in the Crawley/London region is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead premium doors, joinery and installation projects from design through to handover. The role blends hands-on delivery with team leadership in a design-led business serving high-end residential projects.

• Experience leading premium construction or joinery projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coordinating design, manufacture and installation workflows.
• Experience working with architects, designers and high-end clients.
• Hands-on delivery orientation with ability to develop standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead premium door, joinery and installation projects from design through to completion.
• Manage and develop a small Project Management team.
• Coordinate technical design, manufacture and installation.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and installation teams.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, programme and client service.
• Manage project costs, gross profit and commercial risk.
• Develop the processes and systems required to scale the installation and joinery offering.
• Visit clients and sites and resolve technical issues before they become problems.
• Help shape how the business delivers projects as it grows.
