Job summary

Wates Property Services in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a social housing planned maintenance programme for Oldham Council. You will manage live environments, coordinate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering planned maintenance within social housing.
Experience at Project Manager level with multiple workstreams.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Budget management and performance targeting experience.
SMSTS qualification and Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of planned maintenance programmes across social housing properties.
Monitor programme delivery, budgets and contract performance.
Ensure health & safety, quality and company procedures.
Build relationships with clients, residents and internal stakeholders.
Produce progress reports, forecasts and performance updates.
Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain programme targets.
