Qualifications

• Understanding of channels and social platforms and their requirements.
• Experience in both project management and production environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Budgeting, contract writing, and SOW management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth and New Business to translate client opportunities into proposals.
• Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycle from brief to submission with cross-functional teams.
• Co-design staffing structures aligned with Strategy, Creative, Media and Delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on vendor onboarding and budgets.
• Present proposals to clients including scope, staffing and deliverables.
• Develop flexible commercial options that meet client needs within budget.
