Job summary

Sopra Steria Ltd in the UK seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT infrastructure programmes in secure Defence environments. You will own scope, schedule, budgets and dependencies, and drive governance and stakeholder engagement across multiple delivery partners.

You will operate on-site in a high-security setting, require active MoD DV clearance, and coordinate with engineers, security teams and suppliers to ensure secure, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT infrastructure in Defence or security-critical environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery with governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects within a Defence environment.
• Own scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including engineers, security teams and suppliers.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers and senior stakeholders.
• Govern delivery plans, financial reporting and RAID management for governance forums.
• Identify and manage complex dependencies and escalate blockers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in a highly secure setting.
• Build strong relationships across customer, technical and delivery teams.
