Pace Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an experienced Senior Project Manager for a well-established refurbishment contractor in Hertfordshire. You will oversee multiple refurbishment projects across commercial, healthcare and life sciences sectors, from pre-construction through to completion, with a dedicated Project Manager on each project.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or ready to step up.
• Strong main contractor background within refurbishment and construction.
• Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical or life sciences projects is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of programming, procurement, contract management and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 1-3 refurbishment projects concurrently, with a dedicated Project Manager per project.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion and aftercare.
• Develop, monitor and maintain construction programmes to meet time and budget targets.
• Take responsibility for project costs, commercial performance and profitability.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
