Job summary

Technical Moves is seeking a senior Project Manager with client-side refurbishment project experience to oversee complex projects across East Anglia. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence while managing client relationships.

Based in Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire with one day per week visiting UK-wide sites, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors, shaping PM practices as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex refurbishment projects
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, resources and programme to keep projects on track
• Prepare proposals, programmes and commercial estimates
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress, risks and milestones
