Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple healthcare refurbishment projects from handover to completion, commissioning and defects. Office based in Dartford with site visits.

Applicants should have proven construction PM experience, Design & Build exposure, and SMSTS. The role requires Asta Powerproject proficiency, RAMS expertise, M&E knowledge, a full UK driving licence, and DBS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualified.
• Proficient with Asta Powerproject.
• Strong RAMS, programme and commercial awareness.
• Working knowledge of M&E.
• Asbestos Awareness & Working at Height training.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, quality and H&S standards.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, designers, clients and clinical teams.
• Prepare and manage programmes, RAMS, CPPs, RFIs, technical submissions and drawing trackers.
• Lead design meetings and client meetings, ensuring actions are progressed.
• Work closely with the commercial team on procurement, variations, budgets and provisional sums.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and EOTs.
• Oversee commissioning, O&M information and final handover.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports.
• Travel nationwide to project sites when required.

Project Manager – Healthcare Refurbs

Office based role in Dartford with Site Visits

A specialist construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple healthcare and hospital construction projects, managing projects from handover through to completion, commissioning and defects.

Any refurbishment project experience (Retail/Schools, etc....) or actual Healthcare/hospital and Design & Build experience are preferential for the role.

The Role

• Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, quality and H&S standards.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, designers, clients and clinical teams.
• Prepare and manage programmes, RAMS, CPPs, RFIs, technical submissions and drawing trackers.
• Lead design meetings and client meetings, ensuring actions are progressed.
• Work closely with the commercial team on procurement, variations, budgets and provisional sums.
