Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for delivering the £15m refurbishment project.
• Lead and manage the project team and site team.
• Manage programme, budget, quality and health & safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and drive programme performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
