Kenna Recruitment have partnered with a leading name in the fit out sector who are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to deliver a landmark £40–£50 million CAT B fit out project in London.

This is a flagship scheme for a blue-chip client and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering one of the capital’s most high-profile workplace transformations.

The Role

• Lead the successful delivery of a major CAT B fit out project from inception through to handover.
• Oversee all project phases: planning, programming, procurement, subcontractor management, delivery, and close-out.
• Ensure quality, safety, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Act as the client’s senior point of contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to a high-performing project team.
• Support work winning activities and contribute to tender submissions, presentations, and client engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale CAT B fit out projects (£20m+).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide delivery teams.
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Client-facing, with first-class communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 or leading fit out contractor is highly desirable.
• Experienced in Pre-construction, tendering, and work winning activities with the ability to present to clients and secure projects.
